General terms and conditions
Registration
1. You register for one of our online courses via email/message. After registration, we offer a personal online intake interview where you may ask questions about our services. When you register, we require your name, address, and email address. By registering, you agree to our Privacy and Cookie Statement and our General Terms and Conditions, and you give Aquaholistic permission to send you occasional emails with offers and information about our courses. The tuition fee is paid immediately upon registration. You will receive the invoice with the applicable VAT rate of 0% by email.
Cooling-off period and cancellation
1. An Aquaholistic course is an online language course with a start and end date. From the moment of registration and payment, you have a legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period. You cannot use the product during this period.
2. If you wish to start using the product within the 14-day period, you may waive the cooling-off period and then use the product immediately.
3. Cancellation is possible at any moment only via email: aquaholisticcoaching@yahoo.com. If you wish to cancel the course between 30 and 14 days before the start, reasonable cancellation fees will be charged. If you wish to cancel the course within 14 days before the start, the full course fee will be due, and you have the option to switch to another course of the same type at Aquaholistic within 12 months.
Discounts
If, after taking a course at Aquaholistic, you decide to take a subsequent course at Aquaholistic, you are entitled to a discount of € 26 on the course you are taking within a defined period of 6 months. This 6-month period begins at the moment your purchased course duration ends, or at the moment you have completed this course by downloading your certificate.
Online+Teacher
1. Start conversation lessons
After purchasing a course from Aquaholistic, your conversation lessons can start after 2 weeks. The conversation lessons can be scheduled as soon as you have purchased the course and have waived the cooling-off period, or once the 2-week cooling-off period has expired.
2. Scheduling conversation lessons
The 5 or 10 conversation lessons must be scheduled during the initial duration of the online course. The conversation lessons may not take place during any extension of your online course. We will contact you within 5 working days after the purchase of your course to schedule the first lesson.
3. Cancelling conversation lessons
Cancellations can only be made via email by sending a message to the instructor with Aquaholistic in the cc: aquaholisticcoaching@yahoo.com. Cancelling a conversation lesson is possible free of charge on working days up to 24 hours before the start time. If the lesson is on a Monday, notification must be given no later than Friday afternoon before 4:00 PM. The cancelled lesson can then be rescheduled without further ado. If the conversation class is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start, it unfortunately cannot be rescheduled. If you have purchased a package of 5 conversation classes, you may cancel and make up a maximum of 1 class; if you have purchased a package of 10 conversation classes, you may cancel and make up a maximum of 2 classes.
4. Technology
The conversation classes take place via videoconferencing software, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. You are responsible for ensuring you have a properly functioning internet connection and a laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone.
Questions and complaints
1. You can submit questions or comments via the contact form on the Aquaholistic website. If you contact us, we need your name and email address.
2. Questions of an administrative nature and questions regarding the content of the online courses will be answered by Aquaholistic within 10 working days, calculated from the date of receipt, unless this is not reasonably possible. 3. In the event of a complaint, you may notify us in writing, that is to say by email. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt from us stating the target date for the substantive handling of the complaint by Aquaholistic.
Intellectual Property Rights
1. The intellectual property rights to study materials and image and video material produced by Aquaholistic remain in the hands of Aquaholistic at all times.
2. Access to Aquaholistic's digital learning environment is strictly personal. You are not permitted to share your login details with others, or to provide others with access to our digital learning environment using your login details. Selling or assigning your login details to third parties is strictly prohibited. Disclosure of your login details in any form whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

Use of personal data when purchasing an online language course
If you purchase an online language course from us, we need your name, email address, place of residence, country, and any other billing information.
You can choose to have the invoice sent to a third party, for example, your employer. If you use this option, we use the company name, department, address, postal code, city, and contact information of the third party's contact person. We collect this data to be able to deliver the online course. We retain the billing information for as long as we are legally required to do so. We are required to retain our tax records for 7 years, and in some cases, 10 years.
Use of cookies
The Aquaholistic website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on a computer, smartphone, or tablet by a website. Such a file stores information.
Functional cookies
Functional cookies are essential for the proper functioning of a website. This category of cookies contains only cookies that are necessary for the basic functionalities and security features of our website. Examples of functional cookies are:
• storing products in a shopping cart;
• transferring information from one page to another;
• storing preferences, such as language settings;
• offering the option to save login credentials.
Analytical cookies
